Step 1 – Herbal Shot (1 min)
Tulsi Mulethi – 20 ml.
Take on an empty stomach with lukewarm water.
Step 2 – Kayashram Warm-Up (2 mins)
Wrist Rotations: Arms forward, rotate clockwise + anticlockwise, 10 each.
Ankle Rotations: Legs extended, rotate clockwise + anticlockwise, 10 each.

Step 3 – Kayklesh Asana: Vajrasana (2–3 mins)
Sit on heels, spine straight, palms on thighs.
Close eyes, breathe naturally. Hold 2–5 mins.
Cushion under ankles for beginners.

Step 4 – Kayotsarg Meditation (2 mins)
Sit in Vajrasana or Sukhasana.
Take 5 slow, deep breaths.
