Dosage: 20 ml
When: Morning, empty stomach
How: Mix with lukewarm water and sip slowly

Step 2 – Kayashram: Gentle Preparation (2 mins)

Instructions:

  1. Gentle neck release

  2. Shoulder loosening

  3. Light spinal lengthening

  4. One full-body stretch → complete release

Perform movements slowly and minimally.

  • Signals body it is safe to rest

  • Prepares system for long stillness


Step 3 – Kayklesh Asana: Long Shavasana (10 mins)

Instructions:

  1. Lie comfortably on your back

  2. Use blanket or cushion for full support

  3. Arms relaxed, palms upward

  4. Legs relaxed, feet falling outward

  5. Remain completely still

Breathing:
Natural, effortless breathing

Benefits:

  • Deep parasympathetic dominance

Step 4 – Kayotsarg: Extended Stillness (15 mins)

Posture:
Remain in Shavasana.

Guidance:

  • Do not guide the breath

  • Simply observe stillness

  • Let awareness rest in silence

Step 5 – Lifestyle Tip (1 min)

Today’s Tip:
☑ Spend at least 5 minutes daily doing absolutely nothing.
