Step 1 – Herbal Shot (1 min)

Herbal Shot: Amla Arjuna
Dosage: 20 ml
When: Morning, empty stomach
How: Mix with lukewarm water and sip slowly

Why:
Maintains heart rhythm stability and vascular ease during deep rest.


Step 2 – Kayashram: Full-Body Relaxation Prep (2 mins)

Instructions:

  1. Lie comfortably on your back

  2. Stretch arms and legs gently

  3. Release completely

  4. Repeat stretch–release 2–3 times

Breathing:
Inhale during stretch, exhale fully on release

Benefits:

  • Signals nervous system to relax

  • Releases residual muscular holding

  • Prepares body for Shavasana


Step 3 – Kayklesh Asana: Shavasana (6–8 mins)

Instructions:

  1. Lie flat on your back

  4. Eyes closed, body still

Breathing:
Effortless, slow nasal breathing

Benefits:

Step 4 – Kayotsarg: Breath Settling (10 mins)

Posture:
Remain in Shavasana.

Guidance:

  • Observe breath without control

  • Notice it becoming softer and slower

  • Let pauses between breaths lengthen naturally

Step 5 – Lifestyle Tip (1 min)

Today’s Tip:
☑ Avoid screens at least 30 minutes before bedtime.

Why:
Screen stimulation disrupts melatonin and elevates nighttime BP.
