Execution Conditions

  • Environment: quiet, seated, uninterrupted

  • Surface: chair or floor (no back support)

  • Eyes: open for first phase, closed later

  • Devices: silent, out of reach

No background sound.
No guided imagery.


Step-by-Step Execution

Step 1 — Structural Setup (3 minutes)

Sit upright.

  • Spine vertical

  • Head balanced, not tilted

  • Shoulders relaxed, not slouched

  • Chin neutral

Feet or base grounded evenly.

After setup, do not adjust posture again.


Step 2 — Open-Eye Stability Phase (7–10 minutes)

  • Keep eyes open

  • Gaze soft, unfocused

  • Do not fixate on objects

Observe:

  • urge to shift

  • muscular discomfort

  • impulse to correct posture

Do not respond.


Step 3 — Closed-Eye Stability Phase (7–10 minutes)

Close eyes gently.

Maintain:

  • same posture

  • same spinal alignment

Observe:

  • emotional fluctuations

  • internal pressure

  • attention drift

No correction.


Step 4 — Load Release Phase (3–5 minutes)

Allow posture to soften slightly without collapsing.

Remain seated.
Observe residual effects.


Step 5 — Closure (2–3 minutes)

Open eyes slowly.
Remain seated briefly.

No analysis.
No journaling.


Post-Session Instruction

After completion:

  • Resume normal activity

  • Do not repeat the protocol

  • Do not combine with previous days

Proceed to Day 4 on the next calendar day only.
