Surface: chair or floor (no back support)
Eyes: open for first phase, closed later
Devices: silent, out of reach
No background sound.
No guided imagery.
Step-by-Step Execution
Step 1 — Structural Setup (3 minutes)
Sit upright.
Spine vertical
Head balanced, not tilted
Shoulders relaxed, not slouched
Chin neutral
Feet or base grounded evenly.
After setup, do not adjust posture again.
Step 2 — Open-Eye Stability Phase (7–10 minutes)
Keep eyes open
Gaze soft, unfocused
Do not fixate on objects
Observe:
urge to shift
muscular discomfort
impulse to correct posture
Do not respond.
Step 3 — Closed-Eye Stability Phase (7–10 minutes)
Close eyes gently.
Maintain:
same posture
same spinal alignment
Observe:
emotional fluctuations
internal pressure
attention drift
No correction.
Step 4 — Load Release Phase (3–5 minutes)
Allow posture to soften slightly without collapsing.
Remain seated.
Observe residual effects.
Step 5 — Closure (2–3 minutes)
Open eyes slowly.
Remain seated briefly.
No analysis.
No journaling.
Post-Session Instruction
After completion:
Resume normal activity
Do not repeat the protocol
Do not combine with previous days
Proceed to Day 4 on the next calendar day only.
