No background music.
No guided audio beyond the protocol.
Step-by-Step Execution
Step 1 — Physical Setup (2 minutes)
Sit upright.
Spine vertical.
Jaw relaxed.
Shoulders neutral.
Do not adjust posture after starting.
Step 2 — Sound Initiation (3 minutes)
Begin producing a soft, continuous vocal sound.
Recommended options:
“Aaa”
“Mmm”
“Om” (phonetic only, no symbolism)
Volume:
low
steady
non-forceful
Breathing remains natural.
Step 3 — Sound–Attention Coupling (10–15 minutes)
While producing the sound:
Place attention on the sound itself
Not on meaning
Not on vibration
Not on breath
Rule:
When attention drifts, continue the sound without correction.
Do not stop the sound to regain focus.
Sound continuity is the stabilizer.
Step 4 — Silent Residue Phase (3–5 minutes)
Stop the sound.
Remain seated.
Do not replace it with another focus.
Observe:
residual mental activity
changes in attention movement
No adjustment.
Step 5 — Closure (2–3 minutes)
Open eyes slowly.
Remain seated briefly.
Do not evaluate performance.
Do not journal today.
Post-Session Instruction
After the session:
Resume daily activity normally
Do not repeat the protocol
Do not combine with Day 1 practice
Proceed to Day 3 on the next day only.
