Privacy Policy
Your personal data is stored to operate the program, member lifecycle, compliance, and certification workflows. Identity fields are protected and used for certification integrity.
Terms of Participation
All members must follow platform discipline and guidelines. Misuse, cheating, or manipulation of tasks or submissions is strictly prohibited. Admin decisions on verification, activation, and disciplinary review are final.

Refund Policy
Payments are handled outside the platform. No refund applies once product activation is completed. Incorrect identity, including wrong Date of Birth, or serious misconduct can void refund eligibility.
DOB / Identity Integrity Policy
Date of Birth is mandatory at signup, strongly warned, and permanently locked after first save. Incorrect DOB can permanently block account and certification, and no refund may apply.
Community Discipline Policy
Members must engage respectfully within the community. Abusive, dishonest, or disruptive behavior can lead to restriction, certification loss, or account ban.
Certification Rules
Cycle, product, and program completion may earn badges or milestone recognition. Annual certificate requires mentor or admin approval, valid identity, and the required performance threshold.
Account Ban Policy
Fraud, identity manipulation, repeated violations, or severe misconduct may result in permanent account restriction or ban. Ban decisions remove access to certifications and protected member features.
